Novice Scrimmage September 28, 2019
The CDA would like to thank Greenwich High School the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering in Windsor for hosting our ninth annual Novice Scrimmage!
The CDA would also like to thank the Greenwich, Stamford, Aerospace and Joel Barlow for providing the exhibition round debaters.
Eighteen schools and 174 debaters participated. The topic was:
Resolved: Assuming Amazon would accept, Connecticut should provide an incentive package comparable to New York City's.
