The CDA would like to thank Greenwich High School the Academy of Aerospace and Engineering in Windsor for hosting our ninth annual Novice Scrimmage!
The CDA would also like to thank the Greenwich, Amity, Aerospace and Joel Barlow for providing the exhibition round debaters.
Fifteen schools and 203 debaters participated. The topic was:
