Novice Scrimmage September 24, 2016
The CDA would like to thank Greenwich High School and E.O.Smith High School for hosting our seventh annual Novice Scrimmage!
The CDA would also like to thank the Greenwich and Joel Barlow for providing the exhibition round at Greenwich, and Amity and E.O.Smith for providing the exhibition round at E.O.Smith.
Twenty schools, 156 novice debaters and 56 varsity debaters participated. The topic was:
Resolved: The US Electoral College electors should vote their conscience.
